Today we hear from Jimmy Harris.
Jimmy is one of the three co-founders, alongside Nigel and Ortis, of Glassmates. Founded in 2015, together the three Glassmates offer an exploratory experience of the world of drinks through their unique tasting sessions showcasing spirits of all styles and origins. Friends for over ten years, the idea behind Glassmates came from their discovery that the drinks, bars, drams, straight pours and cocktails they were enjoying together and talking about was something others wanted to hear more about. The Glassmates hold regular tastings, recently launched Glassmates & the Chef dinner and drinks pairings and hosted the mainstage at fellow judge, Ian Burrell’s 2022 Rumfest.
