WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Cider has been part of the IWSC awards for only two years, but in that time we have seen a blossoming of the number of categories entered. The IWSC welcomes entrants from all cider categories, including ice cider, keeved cider, bottle fermented cider, still cider and flavoured cider.
As we continue to evolve our awards, the IWSC invites all producers of 100% fresh pressed cider to take part.
Working together with Cider is Wine to celebration ciders, perries and fruit wines produced exclusively from the total or partial alcoholic fermentation of fruit, this year's judging will take place ‘in situ’ at a location in Southern England with a panel of leading experts in the 100% fresh pressed cider category.
When entering the awards, make sure you select the 'from 100% fermented fruit (not from concentrate)' category to participate in this judging.
