If you are participating in any of our Global Judgings, including North American Whiskey and RTDs in Kentucky, please wait until the IWSC confirms the delivery details.

How many samples do I need to send?

We need two samples for each spirits entry. If you are entering the Design Awards, we will require one additional bottle for each entry.

We ask for two bottles so that we can promote top-rated spirits at trade and consumer events throughout the year. In addition, if your spirit is put forward for a trophy, we will use one of the extra bottles in these judging sessions.

We ask all our entrants to send samples in environmentally friendly packaging and avoid using cellophane and polystyrene.

For Direct shipping, all duty and VAT must be paid by the sender and IWSC will not accept any duty charges.

All samples must be delivered duty paid (DDP). Please select 'Shipper accepts all charges' and ensure your courier account number is on the documentation provided by your courier.
