Jimmy is one 3^rd of the Glassmates, whose mission is to introduce everyone to better drinking. Jimmy has a passion for all things spirits (but not Gin as he is famously renowned for), and a penchant for flavour pairings through food and cocktails. Alongside his Glassmates he hopes to improve the image of the drinks industry through media and events to the general public.
