Tasting Note

" Complex but alluring wine. Sweetness resonates throughout with caramelised stone fruit, honey, and dried fig. Developed notes. Divisive contrast is layered in with the sweet fruit with a dash of salinity and umami. Offset with fresh tannins and acidity, culminating in a good finish. "
