Agnieszka Swiecka announced as winner of IWSC's 2023 Emerging Talent in Wine Hospitality Trophy

This award saw a doubling of entries versus last year, making the decision of who to shortlist incredibly difficult for our judges.

The IWSC’s Emerging Talent in Hospitality trophy, sponsored by Pasqua recognises the dedication and innovation of an individual in the hospitality industry towards helping it maintain fantastic customer service, looking after the employees within, sharing their knowledge and passion with colleagues and clients and bringing the highest standards of service.

Following the announcement of our superb list of shortlisted candidates last week, the IWSC is delighted to reveal Agnieszka Swiecka as the winner of this year’s award.

Agnieszka was an incredibly popular choice amongst our judging panel.  Having recently been awarded  second place at Taittinger UK Sommelier of the Year competition, the IWSC is delighted to award her first place for its Emerging Talent trophy.

Our judges praised her remarkable resume and loved her idea of dedicating the prize funds to the development and education of more junior members of the team.
