Tasting Note

" A Bready, yeasty nose evolves into vibrant aromas of lime zest and lemon peels, complemented by marzipan and wax. The palate is electric, with ripe, elegant notes of honeysuckle and creamy lemon-lime meringue. A delicate, soft mousse and balanced acidity culminate in a short, crisp finish with hints of baked apple skin and fresh white nuts. "
