" A bold tropical fruit style, with wonderful fresh acidity balancing creaminess from the oak ageing. Flavours of ripe grapefruit, starfruit and apricot, with layers of toasted seeds, vanilla and nutmeg adding complexity. Medium weight with a long, lean finish. "
