Tasting Note
" Pale salmon verging to onion skin colour. This is outstanding from first whiff to the last, long sip. There are wild strawberries and ripe peaches with a dash of lemon zest, the fizz is ebullient and persistent teasing the nostrils with delightful, mouthwatering aromas. A suggestion of freshly baked bread and great concentration register on palate, sweet and sour nuances, with a suggestion of grapefruit on finish. Splendid fizz, with a long future. "
