" Spicy pear compote, cinnamon, lots of wood spices and a huge array of aromas suggesting a well aged whisky. Big, meaty and full bodied with layers of sherry and cocoa powder. Big uplifting alcohol and a very long rancio finish. Sweet, spicy and sour at the same time with huge complexity. "
