From
Highland, Scotland
Tasting Note
" Freshly cut pear, apple tart and some nutty notes reminiscent of sweet almond and cinnamon. The palate is light to start with, stewed pears, custard and biscuit flavours. Marmalade, tangerine and orange sherbet keeps it fresh and sweet at the same time. The finish is long, soft and spicy. "
