From
Islay, Scotland
Tasting Note
" A bitter, lemon peel peat smoke which balanced out the vanilla and toasted oak notes well. The palate is Citricidal, over ripe banana and old leather chairs with a medicinal hint of bandage and soil. The finish gives melon skin, white grape seeds and fresh earth. "
