A brooding and dense wine, the palate is juicy yet elegant, showing abundant but silky-textured tannins and good acidity to support concentrated berry fruit and powerful weight. Beautiful mouthfeel and a lingering finish. Young, but can be drunk now with food and will certainly improve over a year or two. "
