" Pale straw with green highlights. Very attractive nose with green grass, sweet peas and some nettle notes. Brisk and bracing in the mouth with taught, chalky persistence. Minerally texture and great balance. Long, yet crisp and lively finish. Delightful now as aperitif or with light seafood. "
