elvis is a graduate of the Gastronomic Professional course of studies from the Argentine Institute of Gastronomy (IAG) and Sommelier from the Argentine Center of Wines and Spirits (CAVE).


Delvis has worked in Aramburu as a waitress and then as a supervisor. She was part of Elena Restaurant's sommelier team at the Four Seasons hotel in Buenos Aires until 2020, when she travelled to France to do a season as a trainee at Michel and Sebastien Bras' restaurant, working alongside Sergio Calderón.


On her return to Argentina, Delvis became Head Sommelier & Beverage Assistant Manager at the Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt Buenos Aires.


She was part of the board of the Argentine Association of Sommeliers between 2019 and 2022, and also the co-founder of Eyes Wine Shut, a cycle of blind tastings for sommeliers.


Delvis gained her WSET 3 certification with Distinction, a Silver Medal in the ASI Diplome, and won second place in the Best Sommelier of Argentina 2022 contest.


Nowadays, Delvis is an educator at CAVE and also manager and head sommelier of FRANCA Restaurante Fuego y Vino, leading the service and the managing of beverages and the wine cellar.
