The IWSC is the drinks industry’s only competition that offers its entrants tangible route-to-market opportunities. Not only do we work to champion our winners through extensive international media campaigns – we also help them get new listings.
We are thrilled to announce that this year, our continuous partnership with Spirits Kiosk, part of UK’s leading wine and spirits importer & distributor Enotria & Coe has evolved to a new level. Starting in 2024, all our medal-winning spirits producers who have no pre-existing trading relationship with Enotria & Coe will have an opportunity to discuss listings both on Spirits Kiosk and to the trade.
Since the start of our collaboration in 2022, Spirits Kiosk, a specialist online shop for discerning drinkers, has seen sales rocket for the IWSC medal-winning spirits. In spring 2022, adding IWSC medals to the Spirits Kiosk website has resulted in an average monthly sales growth of 40%. We are delighted that from now on, our spirits winners interested in growing their presence in the UK market will be able to start a conversation with both Spirits Kiosk, a B2C platform, and Enotria & Coe, a trade supplier.
“We are delighted to continue our long-term relationship with the IWSC and offer their award-winning spirits the unique opportunity for potential listings on both Spirits Kiosk and to the trade. Including IWSC medals with our listings on Spirits Kiosk acts as an important educational tool for our customers about what represents quality in distilling and spirits production. The IWSC undertakes the most rigorous blind-judging process, and we are proud to be one of their partners,” said Richard Weaver, Retail & Digital Director at Enotira&Coe.
Following our 2024 spirits results announcement on 3 June, we encourage all our spirits medal winners looking for UK distribution to get in touch with us at info@iwsc.net or reach out to their account manager to discuss this opportunity further.
