From
Champagne, France
Tasting Note
" Pale lemon straw colour. Clean bright aromas of soft summer red berries, also blueberry and red plums. Lovely toasty nut brittle and butterscotch scent. The palate is nicely firm with a lively mousse. The acidity is very correct, nothing overwhelming and the finish is supple and very long. A gently persuasive, quietly assertive character. "
