Tasting Note
" Pale colour and a lovely fragrant nose: rock melon, green apple, and a splash of citrus. The palate is extremely complex: the fruit flavours combine with white-mushroom umami notes and a sapid mouthfeel. This is powerfully delicate and persistent and has a feather-light finish. Very lovely example. "
