From
Barossa Valley, Australia
Tasting Note
" Deep colour, inky purple core shading to dark red rim. The nose offers lifted fruits with red plum, dark berries and deightful asian spice notes; cardomom, fengureek and clove. Also freshly pulled beetroot which wafts a lovely earthy sweet note. Dense structure, strong tannins and great natural acid combine with the amazing level of fruit and ripeness. A variety which seems to have found a natural partnership with the Barossa. "
