Tasting Note
" Attractive gold colour. Aromas of delicate white flowers. Has nocticable dosage balanced by refreshing acidity. The creamy mousse is very well intrgrated and lasts well on the long finish. Flavours of vibrant fennel combine with the toasted brioche and honey of long lees and bottle aging. Class in a glass. "
