Tasting Note
" Dense inky core colour with a brick red edge. Dark earthy aromas initially, then an abundance of cassis, plum, and black cherry fruit intensity, shot through with menthol, and some benign bitter olive and bitumen notes, also cedar and leather creeping in. The palate is showing hints of how this wine is evolving - still tight and compact now, but will loosen and allow the tannic elements to further integrate and be supportive. One for the cellar. "
