From
Highland, Scotland
Tasting Note
" Notes of freshly laid lawn, cut grass and wet sand on a hot day, there is also vanilla pods and sweet green tea. The palate leads to a balance of blackened banana, freshly chopped green peppers, toffee apples and a hint of smoke. The smoke becomes more obvious on the finish with the addition of cigar box wood.
