Walker Bay, South Africa
Tasting Note
" A well-matured example on its peak with brioche, zesty tangerines and marmalade, and autolytic notes on the nose. The palate is elegant, with a lovely texture and a persistent small-bubble creamy mousse. The finish is long and beautiful, with savoury nuts and fresh strawberries and peaches. "
