" Very pronounced and upfront throughout. Concentrated aromas and flavour of dried fruit, bitter dark chocolate and toasted walnuts and almonds. It has a royal jelly quality with robust oak on the palate. It needs a bit of water to open up to its full potential. The finish is sweet and extremely long . Toasted coffee beans and cinnamon and rooibos tee appear on the aftertaste. A truly outstanding whisky. "
