Tasting Note
" The nose starts with wood spices and rich oak. Undoubtedly this is a well-aged example, with less fresh fruit and more focus on aged notes. It is still fruity after all these years but with more candied and dried fruits and cinnamon. Leather and cedar notes support the sweet dried fruits. The alcohol is beautifully integrated with the tannins and flavour components. This is a very rare and majestic example of aged whisky. "
