Tasting Note
" A lesson in poise and balance. Take plenty of fruity notes - such as fresh pineapple, dried prunes and figs and mouth-watering, fresh rhubarb, then add a hint of cinnamon, rich coffee, toffee, vanilla and marmalade in equal measure. You end up with something great but not dominated by any of those flavours. "
