Tasting Note
" This is sweet and smoky, with a bit of a savoury and sour edge to balance it. Aromatic, with the dying embers of a barbecue on a beach; a trawler arriving at dawn to port; leather saddles with hay. A very complex and beautifully composed drink, with a bit of floral note and peach Melba sweetness to balance at the end. "
