From
Alentejo, Portugal
Tasting Note
" Complex spicy, oaky aromas, as well as smoked blood sausage and pencil shavings, with ripe bramble and stone fruits. Meaty, muscular style, with plenty of complexing layers – dark cherries, chocolate and cigar box – on the palate. The oak is not as obvious as on the nose, and it melds well into the wine. Very good indeed. "
