From
Jerez, Spain
Tasting Note
" Dark burnished oak, with rose-gold flashes. Aromatic tobacco, citrus blossom and marmalade. Notes of sandalwood and a touch of cough medicine. There is an unctuous nutty/sweet tussle going on mid-palate, surrounded by a range of flavours, primarily citrus, ginger and cardamom spices. Beef and herb clear broth. More citrus, marmalade and bitters. The texture is broad and muscular but well fleshed – a real extrovert. This is highly unusual, with a very long, concentrated orange-peel finish. "
