Tasting Note

" Pale lemon green colour. Nice ripe nose, spring blossoms, ripe orchard and stone fruits with a streak of chalky minerality running through. The palate is buoyed up by quite thrilling acidity, the minerality giving a sapid, briny edge which adds complexity. Lovely bright drive in the mouth, whistle clean and vibrant with a long, very moreish finish. "
