" Pale greenish yellow colour. Vibrant bubbles. The nose carries floral scents, peony, pamplemousse and lemon curd. Long drawn out creamy, leesy palate, freshened with bright citrus acidity and vivid bubbles giving a wonderful lively finish. Very good indeed. "
