From
Loire, France
Tasting Note
" Pale coral pink colour, nice lively froth. Soft, squashy summer berries, raspberry mille feuille, with a squeeze of lemon juice. The bubbles are plentiful and soft, a delicious chalky mineral texture is evident in the mouth, the fruit is sweet with crisp balancing acidity. Delicate but very flavoursome and very well made. "
