Hampshire, England
Tasting Note
" Very classical Blanc De Blanc nose, brioche, shaved apple, lemon citrus and juicy peach. Beautifully presented in the mouth, superb lasting mousse, crisp zesty acidity, a swathe of chalky minerality. A nutty element creeps in, also a murmur of honey but the palate carries on dry and full of verve on the long finish. "
