From
Islay, Scotland
Tasting Note
" Classic light and punchy peat smoke with a hint of lemon zest. The background hides plenty of tropical fruits, kiwi and mango. There’s something treacle and madeira like about the nose with even a hint of fresh mint. Round and elegant on the plate with big peat smoke and citrus zest and maybe tarred rope. All in balance building up a great and refreshing finish. "
