From
Tuscany, Italy
Tasting Note
" Forest floor, hedgerows, black tea and pepper all mingle on the nose, but soon there emerge nuances of vanilla, chocolate and herbs, a riot of subtle, tantalising aromas. In the mouth there is tension from the powdery tannins and acidity, still quite challenging t this early stage, clear-cut definition and dry, long refined Brunello, to hold back for a good few years.
