Adelaide Hills, Australia
Tasting Note
" Pale straw yellow with green glints. Lovely aromas of apple and nectarine, pomelo and rock melon with a whiff of struck match. The palate is rich and intensely flavoured, acidity is fresh and almost steely combining with a bright flinty mineral undertow. The flavours are gloriously wrapped up in smokey vanilla oak which does not intrude, just supports. A perfect long finish. Beautiful winemaking has crafted something very special and true to its origins. "
