A nose of vanilla cream, green apples cinnamon sugar and apple doughnuts. The palate kicks off with some creamed corn with lavender notes, moves into some rye spices but all the while maintains a balance of oak, corn and spice. The finish is long and sweet with a touch of spices on the death. Lovely.
