From
Appenzell, Switzerland
Tasting Note
" Liquorice, aniseed, herbs, mint and earthy notes. All sorts of suggestion of bitter herbal tones. The palate starts moderately sweet, just kind and pleasant enough to carry the bitterness without losing balance. Complex but not overweight with a refreshing minty and liquorice lift on the finish.
