Tasting Note
" A massive note of Oloroso sherry that comes fro the nose, this means there is almost a sweet vermouth bitterness which works well with a sweet overtone of dark sugar and cherry jam. The palate gives plum chutney and yet more sherry, with a hint of meaty, BBQ ribs-style boldness. The finish is pudding; summer pudding to be precise. "
