From
Jerez, Spain
Tasting Note
" Pale amber gold in colour. Lovely nose, nut brittle, a whiff of smoke and dried citrus peel. Dry in the mouth with a lovely richness. The wood elements are perfectly in balance with the flavours and bring a soft vanilla edge to the nutty flavours. Citrus acidty keeps a marvellous freshness and livelness. Remarkable length and persistence, the balance is perfect. "
