Pale in colour with a persistent mousse, the nose is intense showing lovely autolysis.The mousse is soft and the brioche, almond and soft ftuit charcaters, coupled with a creamy texture provide a wonderful depth of flavour. The balance between the fruit and autolysis charachters is fine. This is a very "complete" wine with a lingering finish.
