Tasting Note
" A fast and persistent flow of bubbles is only the first appeal offered here. It's showing amazing longevity and class with its vigorous, remarkable freshness whilst the faint aroma of brioche is the main delightful clue to its true age. Yet the palate, creamy, powerful, intense and very harmonious, betrays obvious maturity and complexity, as does the peachy, gorgeous flavour. Perfect: must I really spit this one? "
