Tasting Note
" Pale lemony yellow with a fine silvery bead. Delicate aromas of orchards, citrus flowers and a hint of redcurrant. Bright and sassy acidity arrives with the lovely sustained mousse in the mouth, the flavours are now lemon and stone fruits with peach melba and dry cracker. The autolysis is excellent. Beautifully restrained, this has a quietly amazing character and wonderful fresh finish. "
