" Yellow gold in colour with pale bronze glints. Soft cooked apples, lime leaf, dried meadow flowers and a dash of petrol announce a beautifully aged riesling in its prime. Still with scintilating taut acidity, the flavours are still bright and amazingly fresh with mature development on the mineral side. The edges of the wine are showing some honeyed notes but the finish is dry, long and very bright. "
