" Deep, bright gold with green glimmer. Complex nose with lime juice and citrus zesty with honeyed brulée and sun dried pineapple on both nose and palate. In the mouth it is concentrated, pure and intense with focussed acidity. Fresh and vibrant. Clean and relatively dry finish. Delicious now but will develop over a dozen to twenty years. "
