From
Speyside, Scotland
Tasting Note
" A bright yellow gold in colour, this gives a nose of summer fruits newly picked and transported back to a cottage in the basket of a vintage bike. Summery and light, there is a hint of thyme too. The palate is equally as delicate with just a kick of sunflower seeds and oily body. On the finish there is an element of fennel and oak. "
