" Straw lemon colour. Lemon curd, lamp oil, crushed seashell, lime leaf, dried citrus peel. The palate is showing nice evolvement, with some softer glacé citrus fruits starting to show. The acidity is still fresh and bright, the fruit/mineral flavours taut and bright. Can be drunk easily with pleasure now, but will evolve for many years to come. "
