" Fairly pungent nose with treacle, fruit cake and sherry. Hints of anise, herbs and vanilla. Sultanas and dates with some dark chocolate help soften the nose. Full character entry into the mouth with repeat of the nose. Good balance and harmony. Good flavour build up before a very enjoyable finish. "
