" Deep core. Bright purple edge. Very intense nose with spiced blackberries, ripe plum and some perry notes. Hint of anise and some lavender. Full fruited entry with silky flow across the palate. Vibrant and youthful with well scripted oak. Great concentration and length with loads of dark berry flavours and hint of fynbos. Fine grained tannins lead into dark, berry filled finish. Delightful wine that is very drinkable now yet will well repay eight or ten years more in the bottle. "
