" Strong concentration of citrus on the nose with hints of marzipan, treacle, ripe mango, apple and pear. Smooth flow across the palate where the flavours follow the nose and rich spicy oak comes into play as well as rich honey. Hints of molasses, aniseed and then lots of vanilla. More citrus comes into play at the finish as does as some dry oak. A great concentration of character. "
